Handcrafted by Master Artisans
A team of 4 to 10 skilled artisans hand-cut and hand-set every tessera from natural marble or hand-cut glass, using traditional Roman techniques. This is where your one-of-a-kind piece comes to life.

Each mosaic is handcrafted to order, with a typical production time of about 4–5 weeks. Worldwide shipping then usually takes around 10 days, so most orders arrive within roughly 5–7 weeks from confirmation. Larger or highly detailed pieces may take a little longer.
What happens after I place my order?
You receive an order confirmation right away. For custom pieces, our design team then collaborates with you on size, colors, and layout and sends a design for your approval. Once approved, a team of 4–10 master artisans begins hand-cutting your mosaic.
Can I approve the design before my mosaic is made?
Yes — for custom commissions you approve the design before production begins. Because each piece is handmade from natural materials, slight, unique variations in color and texture are normal and make your mosaic one of a kind.
How is my mosaic packaged and shipped?
Your mosaic is mounted on fiber-mesh sheets and packaged with thick paper and heavy-duty polyester film. Pieces up to 10 sq. ft. ship in one piece, rolled like a carpet; larger pieces are split into clearly numbered sections. Every order ships free worldwide with tracking.
Do I need a professional to install my mosaic?
It's entirely up to you. Mosaics arrive as ready-to-mount sheets — larger pieces numbered for easy assembly like a puzzle — so many customers install them themselves by following our installation guide. If you prefer, you can also have a tile professional install it. Either way, we're happy to help; just contact us.
What if my mosaic arrives damaged?
Every mosaic is inspected, slip-tested, and carefully packaged before shipping, and all pieces are backed by a lifetime warranty. In the rare event of an issue, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
