We offer free shipping to any destination in the world, with no additional fees. It's automatically applied at checkout — no minimum purchase, no coupons and no promo codes required.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Each mosaic masterpiece is custom-made, so the handling time is up to 4–5 weeks, with transit then taking around 10 days. On a tight deadline? Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and can shorten processing by up to 2 weeks.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your mosaic ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check its status and estimated delivery date online, anytime.
Duties & Taxes
iMosaicArt is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged on mosaics shipped to the United States or other countries. Buyers are responsible for paying any additional charges.
Lost Items
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the mosaic is lost or stolen, iMosaicArt will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred and will not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Packaging & Carriers
Your mosaic is well-protected with thick paper and heavy-duty polyester film, so it arrives in the same condition it left the workshop. We ship via trusted global carriers:
